A Rational for Increased Funding and a Mandate

An examination of Minnesota’s Gifted Population and Programming, ¬†researchers have given Minnesota an “F” for its failure to require gifted programs in all districts. ¬†The decision has been left up to the districts and to date, only one third of the districts across the state have gifted programs. Despite reported that they have programming, a closer look would reveal little or no programming.¬†
